The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a quiet area, near to the beach clubs and beaches and Pattaya and Jomtien. Some of the staff members were attentive👍

Spent 4 nights here with my hubby, had a perfect stay overall. The staff was extremely helpful, and requests were handled quickly. I stayed in the suite, the room was impressive and amazing. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

quiet hotel, all of the staff were competent and excellent, peaceful location near beaches. the atmosphere created was quiet. had a really great stay here during our business trip.

Tastefully decorated, gorgeous sea view, good restaurants and bars, great hospitality and service, comfortable bed.

Climate control, a safe box, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room and the comfy bed. Reasonably spacious private bathroom.

Our room had an awful smell from the sewer, but the hotel promptly addressed the issue after three calls to reception. The staff was attentive and upgraded us to a suite without argument. The suite was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The hotel also provided thoughtful amenities like a cocktail minibar and a pillow menu. The pool area was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The moon spa offered the best massage we've ever had. Despite the initial setback, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Cross Pattaya Pratamnak - Sha Plus to others.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean and had great facilities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the fact that it was just a short walk to a lovely public beach across the street. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was a great spot to enjoy a city break. Located close to the beachfront cafes and restaurants but in a quiet location, the hotel had a pretty pool area with comfortable loungers, and the view of the sea was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided us with a pillow menu and a turn down service. Breakfast was 10/10, with plenty of options, and the quality of the food was above average.

That it was near restaurants that had live bands in the evening, which could be a bit loud for early sleepers. However, these had stopped at around 10 or 11 PM while we were there.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, treating us like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The hotel's modern and tasteful furnishings made us feel right at home and the comfortable rooms ensured a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which had both sun and shade options and the cocktails were some of the best we've had. The breakfast buffet was another key highlight, offering us a wide selection of food options and the quality was exceptional. We also loved the evening turn-down service with its vitamins and snacks.

The view from our room, which wasn't as nice as expected. It looked right out onto a carpark which wasn't ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The swimming pool on site is large and gorgeous, perfect for soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable and well-decorated with attention to detail, such as a turn-down service for the evening.

The noise from the nearby restaurants and live bands can get quite loud in the evening, making it difficult for early sleepers to rest.
